“We bought a washer this morning, it was delivered this afternoon plumbed in and checked. I put a wash on and it must have been a faulty machine as 1o mins later thick smoke was pouring out of the back. Unplugged the machine, called Dixon’s told them the problem. About 1 hour later the chaps came back with a new machine, took the faulty one away. My new machine is now doing the job that the other couldnt.
