Boiler Replacement
Boilers Direct are boiler replacement experts and specialise in Natural Gas and LPG boilers and central heating. Over the years we have become very experienced and proficient at our job: from simple boiler replacements, to completely new full central heating installations. From the everyday combi swaps, to installing complex system boilers with unvented hot water cylinders.

Plumbing Services
Boilers Direct specialise in boilers and central heating, but as fully-trained gas safe plumbers, we are able to provide our customers with first fix plumbing services. For instance, if you were having a full system installed, we can do more than just the central heating for example we can also install the pipework for hot and cold water supplies. We also have reliable plumbers we can recommend for other plumbing work such as bathroom installations.
Powerflushing
A power flush is recommended on systems with a build-up of sludge (black iron oxide), affecting the performance of the boiler and heating system - such as radiators performing poorly and your boiler making banging noises. The aim of a power flush is to remove the sludge which has built up over time.
A power flush involves a large pump that is connected to the system and pushes a high flow of water and chemical solution through each radiator individually, several times. During the process water containing sludge is drained frequently and this will take several hours to complete. Once a system has been cleaned it is advisable to provide ongoing boiler protection with a magnetic filter.
Magnetic Filters
Highly recommended by both manufacturers and ourselves. Magnetic Sludge Filters make a huge difference to your central heating system and help prolong the life of your boiler. Sludge in central heating systems consists of what is called black iron oxide. Without a filter this suspended sludge will circulate around your boiler and radiators, causing blockages and performance issues.
With a Magnetic Sludge Filter positioned on the return leg back to the boiler, your system is protected, as sludge is attracted to the magnet and can be easily removed from the system.
Radiators
Boilers Direct can professionally install a range of radiators and heated towel rails, replace existing radiator valves, and are equipped to make changes and additions to existing pipework or to install new pipework from scratch. So if you are looking to add a new radiator or make a replacement, we will measure the room and calculate the exact heating requirements to keep you warm in the coldest of winters.
